Peppermint is a storehouse of micro and macro elements, vitamins and nutrients needed by the body and hair. The refreshing and toning effect we feel when using peppermint hair products is due to the main active ingredient – menthol, while the other components of this plant stimulate blood circulation, restore sebaceous gland function, soothe irritation and inflammation and tone. That is why peppermint is recommended for problematic scalp, excessively oily hair and in case of dandruff problems.

Like any medicinal plant, mint can negatively affect the human body. It is not recommended to use it in any form:

  • carotene – is responsible for skin elasticity and has a toning effect. Thanks to it, mint has a rejuvenating effect;
  • flavonoids – natural ingredients responsible for healthy looking skin. They simultaneously work in several directions: promote cell renewal, saturate the dermis with microelements, moisturize, prevent the formation of deep wrinkles, improve the state of natural collagen;
